Aptly is a personal appointment organization tool. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data stored on your device.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App stores data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Aptly is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal appointment data to external servers. All appointment data created within the App is stored locally on your device using Core Data.
Any data you enter into the App remains on your device. We do not have access to your appointments, contacts, or personal notes. The App may use local device capabilities (such as Calendar or Notifications) solely to provide functionality requested by you.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
